RoHS Compliance

 

The European Union (EU) RoHS Directive is intended to reduce the use of substances that may pose risks to human health or the environment. After July 1, 2006, the Member States’ RoHS laws shall ensure that most new electrical and electronic equipment cannot be sold in the EU if it contains higher than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)

All Brilliant Telecommunications products impacted by the RoHS Directive which were put on the market after July 1, 2006, have been designed to comply with the RoHS requirements.
